Cullamix Tyrolean is a white or coloured cement based mix, which provides a decorative and protective rendering. It is applied by hand or power operated machines and provides an open honeycomb textured (Tyrolean) finish.

Cullamix Tyrolean is a cementitious finish; BS 5262 Code of practice for external renderings, and BS 8000-10 Workmanship on building sites. Code of practice for plastering and rendering, should be followed at all times.

Cullamix Tyrolean is non-combustible and would be expected to meet a Class 0 fire rating when applied to non-combustible substrates.

Applications

Cullamix Tyrolean Applications

This list is not exhaustive and other smooth, flat surfaces may be considered. In addition, brickwork and blockwork may be coated where the joints will be accepted as a feature. The substrate must show some suction to achieve the cullamix tyrolean texture.

There are a wide range of applications Cullamix Tyrolean can be used in, including, traditional cement rendering, fair faced concrete, exterior grade composition and cement boards in coastal, town and rural locations.

Delivery & Storage

Delivered by road in a curtain-sided vehicle, the standard load size is 28 - 30 tonnes. All CEMEX drivers are fully trained and experienced in the safe delivery and unloading of our vehicles, but please do all you can to ensure your site is accessible with no obstructions.

Cullamix Tyrolean is available in paper sacks delivered as shrink-hooded, 1.5 tonne modules on non-chargeable pallets, or in smaller quantities as required. Cullamix Tryrolean should be stored off the ground, in clean, dry conditions and covered with a plastic sheet. Bags should be used in strict rotation to minimise risk of air setting due to excessive storage times

Health & Safety

Contains cement (Contains chromium (VI). May produce an allergic reaction). Harmful by inhalation. Irritating to eyes and skin. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection
