As the sales manager for Kiesel construction chemicals in the UK, you will need strong experience in the tile and tile-adhesives market. The task is to develop strategies and plans to enter the UK market with the brand of Kiesel and / or possible additional products / brands by Cemex. Then to execute the plans and manage their implementation.
The strategies will be jointly developed with the UK sales manager, the EMEA mortar director and MD of Kiesel. The goal is to establish Kiesel as a recognized brand for specialists and professionals in the tiling market and to profitably grow sales and share to create value for Kiesel and Cemex.
Skills Required:
- Degree or degree level thinker
- Experience in business management positions with responsibility for P&L or Income > 3 years
- Experience in tile adhesive mortars > 3 years
- Tile distribution channel market dynamics > 5 years.
- High level negotiation skills and team management skills.
- Entrepreneurial character.
- The role will involve ad hoc international travel.
