An excellent opportunity to develop your career in health and safety, gaining experience in a manufacturing / heavy engineering environment, while being supported to advance your professional competence.
In this “hands on role”, you will work alongside an experienced Health and Safety Manager, integral to the Operations and Health and Safety support function.  You will help promote leading health, safety and wellbeing standards in accordance with legislation, CEMEX requirements and industry good practice, with the aim of minimising the potential for injury, while developing your personal and professional skills as part of a structured learning programme.
For this position, the right attitude and communication skills are more important than formal health and safety qualifications, as necessary training and support comes with the role; however, some operational experience will be an advantage.
