Main duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Maintaining a safe operation in compliance with legal requirements and Cemex policies & procedures.
• Organise, plan, coordinate and control all aspects of the Wharf Operations, including management of contractors, development and implementation of improvement plans and RCA.
• Managing, planning and implementing preventative and unplanned maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation on the site.
• Manage operations in line with local planning conditions.
• Planning and implementation of production levels and maintaining required stock levels and sales forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills.

Skills Required:

Experience & Qualifications:

• SHE NVQ Level 4
• Experienced in Sand and Gravel operations.
• Experienced in Re-cycling and crushing would be an advantage.
• Experienced in the maintenance of fixed and mobile plant.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with good organisational skills.
• Competent user of IT systems.
