“Be Bright at Night”

Towards the end of last year the CEMEX Midlands & South West team embarked on a journey with local Langley Primary School.
The team asked the school pupils to design a Christmas safety poster that could be projected onto the plant at Oldbury. The winner won vouchers for the school and also got their image projected onto the Oldbury silo.
The team were amazed at the fantastic response!! A massive thank you goes to Jim Wainwright for organising this.
The winner was Olivia – not only was the picture fantastic, the slogan that she came up with as well for winter working was great, “Be Bright at Night”. The Oldbury team have since decided to put that on some PPE designs and on some plant signs to trial.
