Excellent Day With RSPB

This week Mark Gough, Quarry Manager at Kensworth quarry, welcomed a team from the RSPB, along with Sean Cassidy – Cemex Sustainability Manager, and Tina Baxter from Cemex UK Communications. The group were at Kensworth to film our new Nature Positive launch video.
Kensworth quarry was chosen specifically due to the enormous amount of biodiversity that can be found on the site. The group
were very excited to see rare orchids as well as many rare butterflies including the Small Blue and the Duke of Burgundy – both on the red list of butterflies.
Jo Garrad and Nigel Simes from the RSPB joined Mark and Sean for filming the Nature Positive launch video – watch this space for the launch coming this summer in the UK.
