SUEZ, a major player in environmental services, needed to replace their recycling bays at one of their Transfer Stations in Bayley Street, Manchester. The bays are used for retaining heavy recycling materials and it is necessary they withstand multiple truck movements and on-site shovel impacts when moving materials around. To ensure a long yard life, contractor TR Civil Engineering needed a solution that was durable and resistant to continuous impact and CEMEX’s MicroTech 50, supplied from our Gorton Concrete plant in Manchester, offered all the properties they required.
