Celebrating the 25th anniversary of CEMEX Building Award, the company proudly recognises Head for his pioneering vision and remarkable efforts and achievements in sustainable urban development.

Peter Head is recognised for developing global practices that demonstrate the effectiveness of sustainable construction.

He has promoted the use of concrete, steel, and composite materials for sustainable construction, as reflected in the Second Severn Crossing Bridge in England, the Docklands Light Railway Bridge in London and the Kap Shui Mun Bridge in Hong Kong, as well as metros in Bangkok, Copenhagen, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, among other vast works.
