The week began with our Rail Solutions site at Somercotes, Derbyshire stopping all production to highlight to its employees and agency staff the importance of our hands.
The week began with our Rail Solutions site at Somercotes, Derbyshire stopping all production to highlight to its employees and agency staff the importance of our hands.
During the safety presentation some members of the team were asked to carry out simple tasks without the use of their thumbs, such as tying their shoes laces, this was a great eye opener for all within the room. Production Supervisor, Sonny Netto, gave the presentation and highlighted the need for us all to think how vital our hands are to us before we do any task There was great team involvement and participation.
