Key tasks include:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our existing customer base in order to maximize sales opportunities
- Acquisition of new customers through promoting of our value proposition and services
- Work toward agreed performance targets for volume, margin, and profitability.
- Establish collaborative working relationships across the CEMEX supply chain, sharing knowledge, experience and expertise, to deliver exceptional customer service
- Promote and Develop a Health and Safety culture across all aspects of the business
Skills Required:
- Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Highly self-motivated, well organised and have a strong determination to succeed.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work as an effective member of the Asphalt team.
- Knowledge of SAP/ CRM
- Knowledge of regional Asphalt capabilities and regional Asphalt customer base desirable
- Previous sales experience desirable
- A strong work ethic and a team player mentality
- Valid Full Car Driving License.
