Reporting directly to the Commercial Development Manager the main objectives for the internal sales Executive will be to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of professional small builders’ customers for the North West business. Providing a critical link between customers and our business, you will develop effective partnerships to ensure that relevant information is provided, and our customers receive the highest levels of service, to create excellent customer satisfaction. Effective business conversation with all types of customer, whilst also handling objections will be vital in this role.
This role is internally based, where the individual will strive to achieve the core KPI’s to support the achievement of our professional small builder growth plans and targets. The role requires an individual that manages their time effectively and prioritises their workload daily. With a proactive and reactive approach, it is essential that the individual possess the ability to identify the customer needs and present a relevant solution from our range of value added or other product range.
With our professional small builder market, it’s essential that the candidate can close for business effectively by ensuring the customer understands our terms and conditions of trade, to minimise the risk to our business. The individual must be confident in discussing the benefits of our digital solutions like Cemex Go.
