Reporting to the Supply Chain Logistics Manager / Lead Driver your key tasks will include
•    Delivering Aggregates & Asphalt in the Northern Area
•    Responsibility for the safe operation of 44t, 32 tonne tipper vehicles
•    Working as part of the Logistics team to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and professionally
•    Comply with Eu driver hours Regulations and Tachograpgh Rules
•    Ensuring Daily Vehicle Defect & walk around checks are undertaken & and all defects reported with appropriate paperwork complete
•    Comply with all relevant H&S & Environmental policies
•    To be courteous and helpful to customers
•    Night outs in the vehicle when required.
 

Skills Required:

*Possess LGV C+E (Class 1)
*Experienced Personal on Aggregates and Asphalt Deliveries
*Demonstrate a flexible and practical approach to work
*Flexible approach to working hours as required by the business
Geographical knowledge of the area
Ability to liaise with weighbridge planning
