An Urban Jungle

St. Helens is the first plant to be included in the Net Gain for Nature initiative. During a recent check Sean managed to spot some Southern Marsh Orchids! These photo highlight the fact if, given time and space even, urban sites can protect rarer species. A big thank you and well done to Kevin Millington, St. Helens Plant Manager, who has worked hard to create a fantastic habitat which is supporting a diverse range of birds and mammals.
