Successful VFL Day

Paul Cheeseman, Operations Manager, Readymix (Lancs & Mersey), attended plants in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.  He shared his part of the VFL day on LinkedIn:

“Many thanks to Kyle and Karl at Gorton, and Niall at Manchester Hope Street plants for keeping me safe while out and about with them. Great engagement from all in discussing recent Safety Alerts, Truckmixer Rollovers, Site Safety, MySpace principles and the adoption of “Take 5”, which has now been incorporated into the Driver’s CEMEX Go tablets. Some good discussion and exchange of views with a common goal of safety being our Number 1 priority in all of our operations across the business. It is pleasing to see customer sites adopting the same approach.”
