Cemex launches innovative new digital coaching programme for EMEA employees

The digitally enabled programme, CoachUP!, is the latest addition to Cemex EMEA’s existing portfolio of leadership development programmes and capability-building academies, unified under the award-winning Cemex University organisation.

As an initial stage of the programme’s implementation, 40 Cemex employees from 12 different countries and functional areas across EMEA are participating in the first cohort of this six-month programme.

To date, more than 200 coaching sessions have been completed where participants identify their top strengths and work on their key development areas, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from participating employees and supervisors.

Close evaluation of Cemex’s initial cohort is being undertaken to assess the impact of the programme and apply any required developments for future participants.

Once this first group has completed the course, the aim is for this programme to be repeated over the coming years for up-and-coming talent across the business.
