Family Fun Day in Rugby for Readymix Customer Service Team

Katy Leighton shared a picture of her colleagues, Paige and Morgan, preparing gift bags at Rugby for their Family Fun Day last week.

Katy explained - “It’s a team building, fun day for everyone on the 4th Floor, Readymix Customer Service team with “Caring for Families” in mind.”

It was held at the local Rugby Lions Rugby club and Lucy Birch commented:

“It was a great afternoon, only slightly dampened by some rain – a good opportunity to get to know colleagues and families outside of the office. The idea for the event came from employee feedback to the last Engagement Survey and we wanted to get together as many people as we could, so we arranged games, food, bouncy castle and a few drinks.”
