• To have or be prepared to obtain NEBOSH 

• Experience of construction & building industry, plant & equipment, preferably readymix batching plants

• Experience developing project plans and budgets

• Experience/knowledge of using AUTOCAD 

• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project

• Management of Health and Safety in Construction
